Shipping & Refund

Section A) Standard Delivery Terms and Conditions

1) We aim to deliver the product to you at the designated place of delivery as listed by you during Order checkout. The estimated delivery time will be indicated at the time you confirm your Order checkout (as well as, shown when you go to check your Order status).

 2) Our courier or delivery service shall notify you if they expect to be unable to meet the estimated delivery timing. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

 3) Upon the successful delivery of your Order, you are required to sign the delivery confirmation invoice that is issued to you by our designated delivery person. 

 4) Please note that it might not be possible for our courier or delivery personnel to reach certain locations in Singapore, in which event, the courier or delivery personnel will inform you using the contact details provided within the Order and possibly request for an alternative delivery address from you.

 5) All YummyDurian™ orders come with standard packaging (Sealed and Packaged). There are strictly no changes to be made to the standard packaging of YummyDurian™ orders.

 6) All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations (please refer to clause 8 below). From the time when risk passes to you (successful handover of delivery), we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. Any breach of obligations by you, may impact your ability to continue shopping on YummyDurian™ in the future.

 7) If for any reason that you are physically unavailable to collect the delivery order at the designated address, our delivery person will leave the items at your doorsteps and photograph will be taken to be sent to you. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from uncollected delivered order. You will not be eligible for the Standard Refund Policy in such event.

 8) You acknowledge that the products we sell are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

 

Section B) Standard Refund Policy

1) All YummyDurian™ customers are eligible for the standard refund policy, only in the event you either receive the incorrect delivered Order, there are missing items within the Order or any defects (not caused by natural aging process of the Goods, especially due to weather or environmental factors) are found within the final delivered Order. 

2) In case of any faults, defects or damages, you may contact YummyDurian™ Customer Care team at +65 6922 0415 or email us at customer.service@yummydurian.com.

3) Only items that have been purchased directly from YummyDurian™ (our e-commerce platform) can fall under our Standard Refund Policy. Customers who purchased goods from other fruit selling parties will not eligible for the Standard Refund Policy.

4) We require all customers who exercise the Standard Refund Policy, to email a picture of their incorrect or unsatisfactory delivered Order, as well as, the Order receipt to our respective Customer Care Agents.

5) YummyDurian™ reserves the final say and approval in whether to grant you (the customer) re-delivery or full refund of the specified Order.
